LivEco - Great House Farm

We're proud to support the final phase of an eco-village which is revolutionising sustainable living in Wales. LivEco's Great House Farm project, on the outskirts of Cardiff in St Fagans, is a low to zero carbon residential housing development, consisting of 35 homes.

Rhondda Cynon Taf

We're proud to support the local community of Gilfach Goch by providing funding towards a new retail development situated in Rhondda Cynon Taf which has been leased to Co-op to bring a larger grocery store to the area.


Eco Bungalow


Principality Commercial is proud to support sustainable, eco-friendly projects, such as this carbon negative development in Aberdare. The bungalow, constructed by Rosey Developments, has made use of a variety of sustainable materials to reduce it's carbon footprint.


Usk Field 

Llanishen, Cardiff 

This was the second phase of Waterstone's development, just off Usk Road in Llanishen, where Principality assisted on the first phase back in 2012; we were delighted to be approached to fund the second stage of this prestigious site, comprising 20 executive and 5 affordable houses.



Ewenny Priory Estate, Vale of Glamorgan

A new luxury housing development in the Vale of Glamorgan, a short walk from a historic priory and close to Ogmore-on-Sea, is now complete. We helped Westacres with their flagship luxury housing development on the beautiful and historic Ewenny Priory estate. Ian Morgan, MD of Morganstone Ltd and amount of Westacres said our support was invaluable.

The Mill

The Mill, Cardiff

We collaborated with Tirion Homes, Cadwyn Housing Association, the Welsh Government and Lovell on a ground-breaking £100m urban development that brings sought after affordable homes to west Cardiff on a site that’s been derelict for 20 years.



Harbourside Park, Neath Port Talbot 

Our partnership in private and public sector funding enabled Deryn Properties to develop 36,500 square feet of office space at the £5.7m R&D village in Port Talbot Harbourside Park. Our dedication to the project has helped create office space for up to 170 high tech jobs bringing much investment and employment to the area.
