If you're having problems paying your mortgage, we'll try our best to help you.

We understand these are difficult times and managing your finances can be challenging when life takes an unexpected turn. If you need support with your mortgage, we can explore a range of options with you, including payment deferrals or temporarily switching to interest-only payments for an agreed period of time.

Please be aware that further support may need to be reported to credit reference agencies and may adversely affect your credit rating.

To ensure we can offer you the right support, we need to understand your current financial situation and will require you to complete a Budget Planner. It’s really important to complete the Budget Planner, as this will help us to assess your situation and tailor support to suit your needs.

What do I do next?

Once you have completed your Budget Planner, you can email it to us at collections@principality.co.uk.

A member of the team will be in contact with you within five working days to discuss your options, based on your individual needs.

Alternatively, if you need help completing the Budget Planner or for any other queries relating to support needed with your mortgage payments, you can contact the Customer Support Team on 0330 333 4020. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
