Important information about Funeral Plans
From 30 April 2022, we will no longer offer new prepaid Dignity Funeral Plans to our Members.
Dignity will continue to offer prepaid Funeral Plans direct to customers but these products will no longer be available to purchase through us.
If you have already purchased a prepaid Funeral plan, there will be no change to the service Dignity provide or any changes to the plan itself. Under the Financial Conduct Authority guidelines, Dignity will provide you with regular statements which will include details of the plan purchased, how to make changes and also contact details for Dignity.
Money that has been paid into a Dignity funeral plan is held in a trust fund, until such a time as it is needed. This Trust is completely separate and independent to Dignity and is controlled and monitored by Managing Trustees.
