Our charity partnerships
With your support over the years we've helped seven unique and important charities. Whether you've made a donation at your local branch, sponsored a Principality colleague's fundraising challenge, or picked up a cake at a bake sale, you've helped make an impact.
Our current charity partners are the Children’s Hospices, Ty Hafan and Hope House and Ty Gobaith. Both work tirelessly to make sure children and young people with life limiting conditions receive the best care and support and organising special experiences for families to share.

Tŷ Hafan is a leading Welsh children’s charity providing comfort, care and support to hundreds of children with life-limiting conditions and their families every year, both in their hospice in Sully and in homes and communities across Wales, helping to make short lives, full lives.

Hope House children's hospices support children and families from diagnosis, throughout the lifetime of their child and beyond with professional respite, crisis and end of life care, and bereavement support and counselling.

MS Society, 2014
We raised £86k to support the MS Society and their services to help people with MS across Wales.
Mind Cymru, 2015
We raised £90k to support Mind Cymru provide life-saving mental health support and kick-started a fresh approach to wellbeing for our own staff by signing the Time to Change Pledge, supporting Time to Talk Days, and training colleagues to be Mental Health First Aiders.
Cancer Research Wales, Llamau and the School of Hard Knocks (SOHK), 2016 - 2018
We took on multiple charity partnerships for the first time, introduced match-funding, and raised a total of £504,000.
In partnership with Cancer Research Wales we supported 4 research grants at Cardiff and Bangor Universities.
We also helped Llamau on their mission to end youth homelessness by supporting their ‘Learning for Life Centres,’ which provide training and qualification opportunities for young people.
The School of Hard Knocks expanded their work into Wales, seeing 214 school pupils access their support and 97 unemployed adults taking part in sports and employability courses.
Teenage Cancer Trust Cymru and Alzheimer’s Society Cymru, 2019 – 2021
In 2019 we pledged a £10,000 donation for every Welsh rugby win in the Six Nations Championship. Wales scooped a Grand Slam that year, winning all 5 of their matches so we made a £50,000 donation to our charity partners. Combined with our staff fundraising efforts, we raised a total of £309k.
Funds were invested in Alzheimer’s Society’s support service in Wales, and put towards creating local ‘outreach nurse’ roles for Teenage Cancer Trust and supporting the charity’s unit at the University Hospital of Wales.
