How we work with Vita
We'll introduce you to Vita who'll arrange an insurance policy for you.
If you agree to be referred to Vita, we'll share any relevant data with them as they are a third party supplier.
All advice and recommendations are provided by Vita. You won't receive any advice or recommendations from us.
We'll receive a commission payment from Vita if an insurance policy is taken out. Vita can confirm the amount of commission paid to us.

If you’re an existing customer of our previous suppliers, please contact them directly.
We no longer offer new home insurance plans with LV=. Existing policy holders will receive an annual renewal invitation from LV=, and for any claims or inquiries, please contact LV= directly on 0330 678 5180 *.

We no longer provide new prepaid funeral plans. Existing plan holders will receive regular statements from Dignity, and for any claims or inquiries, please contact Dignity directly.
