How we helped

A long-standing client, PropertyIndex, specialise in redeveloping underused commercial buildings into affordable commercial and creative spaces.

This particular project, Global Link, located in Cardiff Bay, has seen the transformation of large empty offices, spanning over 28,000 square feet, into a thriving business hub.

Following the initial purchase in 2022, the client’s strong management team has worked tirelessly to build up an impressive annual turnover of almost £0.5m.  Off the back of this success, Principality Commercial has provided £2.6m of investment funds, which will be reinjected back into the business to facilitate further portfolio growth.

Chris Spiteri, Director of PropertyIndex says “We have a longstanding relationship with Principality, one which gives us confidence in our operation. We plan to continue this relationship for many years to come.”
