How we helped

Principality Commercial is proud to support Quad Projects with this new project of six houses and two office units on a waterfront location in Kingston Upon Thames.
The scheme is funded through Principality Commercial’s Green Development Fund which provides financial incentives to housing developers who deliver low to zero carbon housing developments.

Principality are providing just under £6 million to support the site purchase and development of the properties.
Nuggy Lianos, Quad Projects, said: “Quad was delighted that Principality were able to support this exciting riverside scheme. We were particularly attracted to the advantageous terms and incentives offered via the Green Development Fund. Quad and Principality are working together to provide energy efficient sustainable developments across London.”

More about this project

The houses are two-storey dwellings, with only the upper floor visible from the road. The upper floor will feature the main living area, including the lounge, dining area, kitchen and one bedroom.
The lower ground floor will house two additional bedrooms and a sunken courtyard garden. The buildings will feature green roofs to enhance biodiversity, as well as PV panels for power generation, high-efficiency space heating and electric car charging points.

Chad Griffiths, Senior Portfolio Manager at Principality Commercial said:
“I am very pleased that Principality Commercial has been able to support this innovative development for our client, Quad Projects. The houses will have excellent low carbon credentials and will redevelop an underutilised brownfield site to provide much needed homes.”
