Competitive pay and rewards
- We're committed to remaining at or above the rate set by the Real Living Wage Foundation each year.
- We review pay each year to make sure we're compensating everyone fairly, and in line with market rates.
- You’ll have the opportunity to receive an annual bonus.
- We’ll match your pension contributions, up to 9% of your annual salary.
Work around your life
- Where possible, opportunity to work flexibly from day 1 with no minimum office requirement.
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
- You'll also receive an extra day of annual leave for each year of service in your first 5 years.

Colleagues who have worked for PBS for at least 6 months are entitled to:
- 39 weeks fully paid maternity leave.
- 20 week paternity leave.
