Helping them learn. It’s what counts.
At Principality Building Society, we believe in the importance of providing children with a strong financial education. We’re passionately committed to educating school pupils across Wales and the borders, and in the last 18 months we’ve reached over 10,000 young people in Wales with financial education lessons.
But we want to make sure good savings habits are in every home, that’s why we’ve created a range of savings accounts, which both financially educates children and rewards them for reaching their savings goals.

The benefits of saving
In an age of cashless payments and a million things to spend that cash on, it’s even more important that we teach our children good money habits from a young age.

Spend, save, share
A great way to help children manage their money responsibly is to split any money they have into three parts: A portion for spending, a portion for saving and another for sharing.
