What is Your Account?
Your Account is our online banking service, it’s available to all our savings and mortgage customers.

If you’ve already registered but haven’t given us your mobile number, please call us on 0330 333 4000. We need your mobile number to confirm it's you when you log in. You won't be able to use Your Account without it. If you don't have a mobile phone number or mobile signal, don't worry, you can continue to manage your accounts by calling us.
How to register for Your Account

To register, you'll need your mobile phone number and email address, so have them handy. If you need help in registering, take a look at our guide, How to Register for Your Account.
view your savings and mortgage accounts, including your current interest rates and recent transactions
take money out
move money between your Principality accounts
change your personal details and how we send promotional information to you, including Member Rewards
complete your savings account maturity instructions
contact us securely using Messages

change your savings account name to something that means more to you
create a savings goal to help keep your savings on track

Changes to Your Account
You probably already know a lot about staying safe online but it does no harm to remind us of the steps we should be taking to protect ourselves.
All UK banks and building societies are carrying out extra security checks to help keep you safe when managing your finances online.
It’s called Strong Customer Authentication, or SCA for short and you can find out more here.
